- General Terms
1.1. The Website is owned and operated by Family Villa Destination.
1.2. By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Website.
- Booking & Payments
2.1. All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability.
2.2. A refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2.3. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your arrival. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of your booking and a refund of your deposit minus the booking fee.
2.4. Payments can be made through our payment gateway.
- Cancellations & Refunds
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to chesnelj@hotmail.com
3.2. If a booking is canceled 14 days or more before the arrival date, a full refund of the balance paid will be issued.
3-3. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days of arrival, a refund of 50% be issued
3.3. Cancellations made 7 days or less of arrival are non-refundable.
3.4. No refunds will be given for early departures.
- Use of the Property
4.1. The property is rented to you and your guests exclusively for the agreed rental period.
4.2. The property must be used for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not disturb neighbors.
4.3. Pets are allowed on the property, but must be well-behaved and supervised at all times.
4.4. The property allows parking for up to 3 cars. Parking outside designated areas is not permitted.
4.5. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.
- Damage and Liability
5.1. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
5.2. A refundable security deposit of $ 250.00 may be required. This will be refunded within 5-7 days after check-out, provided no damage has occurred.
5.3. The Company is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property during your stay.
